With over 25 years’ marketing experience in the property and retail shopping centre industry, she has been successful in leading and inspiring teams to deliver strategically robust, innovative marketing solutions which have effectively lifted customer traffic and sales, driven asset value and exceeded centre objectives and client expectations.

Accomplishments
Simone is an industry leader when it comes to managing the development of shopping centre brand strategies and identites. She has led the development of a significant number of key branding and rebranding projects across the country including, but not limited to;
- The Boundary 18 Willis St, Chancery Sq, WestCity Waitakere, Shore City, Bethlehem, Queenstown Central, Silverdale Mall, Coast Plaza and Five Lanes which was shortlisted in the brand identity category at the Best Awards in 2021.
She was directly responsible for the marketing of some of New Zealand's favourite shopping centre's including St Lukes, Two Double Seven, Shore City and Old Bank Arcade.
While at Westfield, Simone was appointed to the role of Development Marketing Manager responsible for the compilation and implementation of a full development marketing strategy for the pre launch, grand opening and post opening stabilisation of Westfield Glenfield. At the time, this opening was acknowledged by the owners as one of the most suceessful launches in Westfield's history.
She was also solely responsible for, and/or had significant oversite over, the successful development marketing and grand launch programmes of other significant retail property developments including 277 Newmarket, Silverdale Centre and Silverdale Mall, Queenstown Central and The Crossing, Christchurch .
Simone has been instrumental in the successful marketing transistion of a number of key retail assets across New Zealand including Westfield Downtown, Shore City and WestCity.
Simone has been involved in a number of significant not for profit partnerships and fundraising initiatives helping numerous local organisations and community groups throughout New Zealand raise over $1 million dollars.

Specialist experience in transitioning shopping centres through the change of ownership process, relevant to the marketing function including SCentre Group selling WestCity to Angaet Group 2017, Westfield selling Downtown Shopping Centre to AMP NZ Office and Westfield selling Shore City to Aviva Investors in 2012.

Jarrod has worked for Colliers for over eleven years and manages over 120,000m2 of predominantly shopping centres, along with retail and commercial space. With the portfolio spreading across the upper North Island, Jarrod has extensive knowledge and experience in management, leasing, project leasing and delivery, master planning, tenancy mix, redevelopment, rebranding, repositioning and strategic planning.
Assets he has been involved with include Bethlehem Town Centre, Shore City, Downtown Shopping Centre, Centre City, The Boundary, Silverdale Mall, Highbury Shopping Centre, Hunters Plaza, Highland Park Shopping Centre, Ormiston Town Centre, Takanini Town Centre, Coast Plaza.
Jarrod’s work history includes four years in the UK where he managed Central London assets for large institutional investors.
Richard leads Colliers International’s Real Estate Management team. The team comprises nearly 160 employees across the country. Richard has 20 over years’ experience in the property industry.
Richard’s background has been across large scale assets, both retail and commercial properties.
He is actively involved in project leasing, retail consultancy and development opportunities, and leads the strategic positioning of assets to maximise value to owners.
Richard joined Colliers in 2013 following 12 years at Kiwi Property Group, where he held various leasing and management roles.
He has extensive knowledge and experience in management, leasing, redevelopment and strategic planning.
Richard consults across a wide variety of clients including listed property trusts, private clients, off-shore funds and syndicates.
Gerhard joined Colliers International in 2006 as a senior development consultant within the retail and development consultancy team. Gerhard has over 20 years of experience in the property industry and is currently responsible for the Property Management arm of Colliers as well as Commercial Leasing and Corporate Services. Various aspects of his duties are performed across the Middle East in countries such as UAE, Qatar, Jordan, Oman, Syria, Iran, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Beirut and Kuwait.
Before joining Colliers International Gerhard was based in Lusaka Zambia for 4 years as the CEO of Manda Hill Shopping Centre, owned by The Commonwealth Africa Development Fund where he was responsible for the overall management of the company and disposalof the asset at the expiry of his contract period.
His largest role in South Africa was with Broll Property Group where he started as the Financial Manager for the company and then became more involved in the operational side of the business until such a time as he was General Manager for Cresta Shopping Centre.

Jane has over 22 years' experience in retail, property and business development, with vast experience in developing strategic direction through identifying and developing new corporate business across a wide range of industries. This includes retail marketing solutions for brands and retail businesses, via activations and sponsorships in the right locations, and developing and implementing digital media signage packages.
Jane looks at opportunities for centres in New Zealand managed by Colliers and consults to others. Jane adds value across the portfolio to achieve the best outcome for the relevant owners.
