Will’s extensive experience stems from more than a decade in the property sector providing a wide range of property services across all property types. This experience has equipped him with a deep understanding of the industry and market forces.

In addition to his technical role, Wills role has a strong focus towards business development, specifically, growing the Auckland Occupier Services business.
Since Will taking on a business development role for Corporate Solutions in 2014, the business unit has seen significant growth with the Auckland team growing from 4 to 14 property professionals, taking the total number of Corporate Solutions staff nationwide to 50. This growth has resulted in Corporate Solutions being the fastest growing business unit within Colliers since its inception in 2009 and has been recognised by the leading industry bodies with notable awards in recent years for:

Armed with a degree in finance and commercial law from Auckland University of Technology, Jeff has over eight years experience in the Property Industry. Working across all property types providing property and facility management services.
Jeff joined Colliers in 2019 as part of the Occupier Services team as Property Manager on The Bank of New Zealand (BNZ) contract. Specialising in lease portfolio management, rent review and lease renewal negotiaions. As well as portfolio planning and strategy, site acquisition and disposal, financial reporting for property capex and opex.
Jeff thrives on the fast paced environment and is not one to shy away from a challenge. He works with confidence and transparency and believes clear communication is fundamental to building strong business relationships.

I have over 20 years’ experience in the property industry, with 18 years spent in the Real Estate sector in the UK and currently 3 years in the Workplace & Facilities Management sector in New Zealand.
Shaila is a Facilities and Workplace Manager for the Occupier Services team in Auckland. As the facilities manager, she maintains the building operations and maintenance to ensure a safe working environment for her client and their two CBD office buildings of around 1500 staff. As the workplace manager, she manages a range of projects on a day-to-day basis that increases staff well-being, productivity and organisational effectiveness in the workplace.
Shaila has over 14 years of diverse work experience that ranges from the military, aviation, hospitality and security/surveillance. Her extensive knowledge and experience enables her to adapt easily, and ensure her clients needs are met with high standards.
Having spent over 15 years in shopping centre and retail leasing, developing a strong understanding of the nature of retail property, the actors in the market and the changing nature of retail with the growth of online shopping.
Nick now applies his wealth of knowledge of both tenant and landlord needs, wants and success drivers to bring better information to leasing decisions and negotiations, to get the right outcome for his clients.
With collaboration with the wider Colliers business and network, Nick is happy to assist with:
- Existing portfolio tracking and reporting;
- Existing portfolio transactions, including renewals and disposals; and
- Network planning and strategy, including execution of your network plan, identifying opportunities, site selection and new lease negotiations.

Smit is a Property and Facilities Manager for Land Information New Zealand (LINZ), and he is currently working on an enormous Project of Healthy Homes. Smit began his career with Colliers in July 2022 as a coordinator. His exceptional performance and dedication to his work quickly caught the attention of our team, and he was promoted to Managerial role in November 2022.He possesses the skills and expertise to develop and implement comprehensive project plans, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently and progress is closely monitored to achieve project objectives.
One of Smit's notable strengths lies in his ability to balance the demands of facilities management and project execution. He ensures that the facilities under his management are maintained at the highest standards while simultaneously overseeing and driving the successful execution of projects.
