Heather joined Colliers International Queenstown in May 2014 as a valuer, becoming registered in 2017.
Heather’s main responsibilities involve the completion of Current Market Valuations, Rental assessments and Insurance Valuations of commercial and industrial properties throughout the Queenstown region. As well as Managed apartments, tourist accommodation properties, lifestyle and residential.
Working for Colliers International since 2016, Barry specialises in residential valuations and is an integral part of the team. His fresh approach, quick mind and comprehension of statistics have helped to position Colliers as leaders in this vital market sector.
Fully qualified as a registered valuer, Barry brings a thriving passion for property to the role. Originally from Dunedin, John was educated at Otago Boys’ High School and the University of Otago before joining KPMG Peat Marwick as an accountant.
After five years with KPMG Peat Marwick he moved to Luxembourg and then onto London where he spent the majority of his time working in the Finance sector. John returned to New Zealand in December 2002 to live in Queenstown and join MAC Property Services Limited which is now Colliers International Otago.
John has a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting from Otago University and a Valuation and Property Management degree from Massey University.
