Born and bred in Dunedin, Roger’s worked throughout New Zealand, Australia and the UK. Forging an impressive career specialising in building and developing sales teams for multi-national businesses, Roger brings over two decades of management, sales and marketing experience to the position.
As General Manager – Real Estate, Roger’s based in Queenstown while working closely with the business’s Dunedin, Wanaka and Cromwell offices and operating across residential, commercial, tourism and rural-lifestyle asset classes. He’s committed to driving results and growth through enhancing team culture and strong client engagement. Innovative and resilient in his approach, success in Roger’s mind combines working within the company values, striving for growth through strategy and gaining results whilst ensuring all parties are satisfied with the outcome.
Along with his wife Neesh and three children Jake, Fergus and Lilly, Roger’s passions include residential property, the beauty of Central Otago, outdoor sports, being social and chopping wood to keep the fires stoked in the Cardrona Valley.
Craig Myles is a well-known face in Central Otago residential property and a market leader in the brokerage of premium residential sales. Operating throughout the Wānaka and Central Otago areas, Craig’s career has seen him become a trusted and award-winning name in the industry. With a highly credible reputation for success in prestige property sales, Craig’s professional background in property development and financial markets gives him empathy and understanding of his clients’ sale priorities.
Craig is a director and sales consultant specialising in residential property at the locally owned franchise Colliers Wānaka, which launched in early 2022. He has achieved sales records and accolades annually since entering the premium residential property industry in 2014; before joining Colliers in 2022 he was Top Licensee Southern Lakes (Queenstown, Arrowtown, Wānaka), Top Licensee (Wānaka) two years running, and first, second or third place as National Top Performing Licensee four years in a row, success he looks forward to emulating with Colliers.
Otago-born and with a deep affinity for the region, Craig has been fortunate to call Wānaka his second home while holidaying with his family for many years. He has lived in Wānaka permanently since 2014.
With over five years experience in Wanaka and Central Otago real estate and a background in the viticulture industry, Emma is an integral part of the Colliers Wanaka residential sales team in her role as Executive Assistant.
Attracted to the industry because of the diversity of product and people alongside the ability to manage a wide variety of operations, Emma’s qualifications as a licensed salesperson, viticulturist and winemaker combined with a wealth of local knowledge position her perfectly for such a dynamic role.
Born in Fairlie and raised in Southland, Emma has been living in Central Otago for the last 18 years.
As a competitive horse rider, on weekends you’ll find Emma training, travelling, and competing or farming with her husband.”

Lisa’s career as a registered valuer with Colliers Otago commenced in 2018, following almost 20 years working in the property industry overseas. As a native of Central Otago, Lisa’s extensive international market experience combines with comprehensive local knowledge, positioning her as a thought-leader within both the valuation sector and the dynamic property industry.
Holding a Bachelor of Commerce (Valuation and Property Management), she brings a passion for property to the role alongside her vocational background. Living in Wanaka, Lisa provides valuation services throughout Cromwell, Alexandra and the wider Central Otago area.
A property professional with a refreshing enthusiasm for every facet of the industry, Tom is a registered valuer working across multiple asset classes including residential, commercial/industrial, development and consultancy. Local insight and in-depth market knowledge are the foundations of his approach. Tom is committed to understanding the factors that underpin every property transaction, granting his clients property advice and valuations that are relevant, informed and up-to-the-minute.
