- Auckland Airport are planning a $350m redevelopment of their international arrivals area. The project is set to be completed in 3 years and will add 30,000 sqm of floor space. More info here.
- Hamilton City Council has agreed to rezone land in Himemoa Park to allow K’aute Paskifa to build a new home for the Pasifika community in Hamilton. The new centre will allow the community to easily access the charitable trust’s health, education and social services.More info here.
- Fletcher Building are relocating their Winstone Wallboards business to Tauranga’s Tauriko Business Estate. The $400m plasterboard manufacturing facility is planned open in 2023 and will provide 100 new permanent jobs in Tauranga.More info here.
- Zespri have opened their new head office complex in Mount Maunganui. The 5,264 sqm complex includes space to host tour groups and to showcase the kiwifruit industry.More info here.
- Generator are redeveloping the former Dunbar Sloane building for their first co-working space in Wellington. The building is being seismically strengthened to 100% NBS and will offer 2,000 sqm of floor space. More info here.

- Coles and Woolworths have each announced partnerships with external tech companies to improve the automation of their fulfilment centres in Australia. More info here.
- Maersk is expanding its US warehousing network with the $545m acquisition of Performance Team, a warehousing and distribution company. This deal will add 800,000 sqm of warehousing to their existing 563,000 sqm of space. This is part of a strategy to improve end-to-end supply chain operations. More info here.
- Developments around London’s Oxford Street will transform the area into a residential area. Nine developments are currently underway, which will provide more than 500 new homes. More info here.
- A build-to-rent scheme has been approved at the historic Tower Works site in Leeds, United Kingdom. The scheme comprises 245 new homes including built-to-rent apartments and duplexes. More info here.
