Information from Infometrics, for the quarter ended September, shows that Nelson-Tasman has bounced back from the Covid-19 lockdown and is doing well on many fronts.
September quarterly performance is strong, and the year to September overall, which includes both the national lockdown and the Auckland lockdown, is showing that Nelson is doing better than the country as a whole.
The report said that consumer spending is booming, with the September 2020 quarter up 10 per cent on the September 2019 quarter. House sales have not just returned to normal but have broken records. There were 622 house sales in the quarter, which is the highest in almost two decades.
The Quiet Woman Way site covers 722sq m, including a 35m coastal roadside frontage. The fully-leased building is 330sq m. Downstairs comprises a dining room catering for 50 guests and outdoor dining for approximately 80 people. The upstairs conference room/private dining room caters for a further 60 to 80 guests.
The property is to be sold by deadline private treaty, closing December 16, unless sold prior.
