Property debate to fuel North v South rivalries

Research Meets The Road

Colliers International’s final Research Meets the Road event of the year

Interisland rivalries will be stirred up this week at a debate pitting North and South Island property experts against one another.

Colliers International’s final Research Meets the Road event of the year will be held at the Maritime Room on Princes Wharf, in Auckland CBD, from 4.30pm on Thursday.

Research and Communications Director Chris Dibble will moderate the event, themed ‘Where is best? North vs South Island commercial and agribusiness debate’.

The event will involve quick-fire sessions from 10 experts from Auckland, Hamilton, Tauranga, Napier, Wellington, Nelson, Christchurch and Queenstown across the commercial and agribusiness sectors.

Dibble says there is likely to be some light-hearted banter amongst the serious business of determining which island has the best opportunity for tenants, landlords and investors.

“This is a chance to listen to Colliers’ leading experts from around the country as they inform you about the finer details of their local patches.

“It’s also a great chance to network while broadening your commercial property and agribusiness knowledge.”

Spaces are limited and reservations are essential. Please RSVP to Katherine Newell on 09 358 1888 or email
