Mangamahu Forest

Mangamahu Forest is a mature Radiata pine forest located in the Whanganui region. The forest has a gross area of 420 hectares and net stocked area of 303 hectares, containing exclusively Radiata pine managed under a mixture of framing and clear wood regime. The forest was established between 1994 and 1996. 

The remaining area is made up of a 27.5ha forestry right that is for sale but owned by a different vendor, native bush and established roading.

Mangamahu Forest offers purchasers immediate wood flow as well as an excellent location to establish a second rotation crop!

The forest is located 53km's north east of Whanganui in the well established forestry locality of Mangamahu.
