Colliers has announced the promotion of key team members to Director and Associate Director positions, which is in recognition of achieving a set of key criteria, hard work, and dedication to the organisation.

The promotions were confirmed at the company’s annual awards night held in Auckland late last month.

Ben Cockram and Ash Vincent from the Highbrook Industrial team were promoted from Associate Director to Director, while site sales specialist Craig Smith from the West Auckland office was also promoted to Director, alongside CBD-based investment sales expert Jonathan Lynch.

Kris Ongley was announced as the new Director of Hotels and will be based at the Colliers head office in central Auckland, working alongside National Director of Hotels Dean Humphries.

West Auckland commercial and industrial Broker Caroline Cornish was promoted to Associate Director, while Auckland investment sales Broker Adam White and Highbrook Industrial team member Dhiru Patel also became Associate Directors.

Charles Cooper, Auckland Managing Director at Colliers, says these promotions are a testament to the success of these experts.

“At Colliers we pride ourselves on being an inclusive workplace where our people are given the opportunity to progress in their careers,” Cooper says.

“These promotions reflect outstanding results in a highly competitive environment. They can be incredibly proud of their efforts.

“Our clients are at the heart of what we do, and these team members continually go above and beyond, providing exceptional results.

“I wish them further success in the future and look forward to watching their continued progress with interest.”
