The Halfway Mark: Asset Class Market Update

The July edition of the Colliers monthly property research report reflects the halfway mark for 2022 and presents a timely opportunity for us to provide an update on market conditions across multiple asset classes. While economic headwinds have increased over the first half of the year, impacting consumer and investor confidence, high quality commercial and industrial property assets remain in demand. Demand for rural property has been strongly underpinned by elevated commodity prices and a positive outlook for the export sector.
