Handling all areas of the real estate life cycle for organisations who lease or own property in support of their core business
Corporate solutions provides property services that optimise our client's operations for over 10,000 properties nationwide ranging from North Cape to the Bluff.
We understand that property is not the core business for many companies, rather, it is a platform from which they deliver their core business.
Our services are delivered by more than 50 experts who have access to state-of-the-art software for reporting and data analytics and structured processes that give our operations consistency and rigour.
Clients often choose a combination of our services, as outlined below, that match their unique needs. Please contact Jill McMillan for further information, or to arrange a demo of our Portfolio Visualisation software Colliers360.
A number of our clients own property as part of the platform from which they deliver their operations.
These sites under management are varied in nature and include fuel stations, farmland, residential housing, banking branches, community halls, lake beds, forestry blocks, as well as properties that are currently surplus to requirements, which can be leased to generate revenue.
Due to the varied nature of these owned portfolios we tailor our approach, both in terms of the expertise we apply that is specific to the asset type, and the services that are necessary to ensure maximum value for money for our clients.
Colliers360 is an award-winning cloud based portfolio management and analysis tool built on the concept of 'portfolio visualisation.'
Portfolio visualisation is about ensuring that all information on a property or portfolio is pulled together into a cohesive picture and presented in a visual dashboard format that allows the user to quickly assimilate the information and make a fully informed decision.
Our clients have commented not only on the power of the tool for their decision making purposes, but how easy it is to use.
Our lease management service ensures that our client's property strategy is aligned to their overall business strategy so that maximum value is derived from their property spend and portfolio risk is minimised.
We achieve this by negotiating all lease events on behalf of our clients, using sophisticated software solutions to manage critical dates, and coordinate the lease documentation process through to completion.
All information pertaining to a portfolio is displayed within Colliers360, our portfolio visualisation tool, so our clients can access live information at any time from any device.
Our workplace management services transform our client's workplace into a first-class experience, delivering a service beyond the traditional working environment, challenging the traditional facilities management model and bringing a new level of service for workers.
Workplace management encompasses front-of-house management, workplace management and workplace advisory.
To deliver exceptional service, you need to start with the best that the industry has to offer. Our team of hospitality-trained professionals provide service-based staffing and advisory that is modelled on commercial real estate management and hotel methodologies.
We work closely with our clients to manage a seamless workplace operation, providing services that are designed to support the way their people work.
Our facilities managers work around the clock managing the physical aspects of our client's properties to ensure buildings, plant, property and equipment are maintained, compliant, and safe, to minimise disruption to their core business.
Colliers360, our reporting and data analytics tool, provides trends, insights, and point in time information that allows us to apply our time in the most effective way. We specifically target areas where savings can be achieved or where risk of component failure is heightened due to ageing equipment.
Our systems-based approach has been reinforced by a consistent track record of savings and efficiencies achieved for our clients.
