As Director | Marketing for Colliers in New Zealand, Grant Torrie is responsible for leading a multi-disciplinary marketing team responsible for delivering the industry's best marketing platform, developing and implementing a complete marketing strategy whilst maintaining brand consistency across all media and aligning this to the company business plan. Bringing extensive experience from a range of industries including entertainment, utilities, media and now property, he has a broad understanding of the role marketing plays in driving business performance.
An early adopter of digital technology for marketing, he has worked across a range of digital project implementations on multiple platforms and brings a platform-agnostic approach to creating digital marketing solutions. This includes experience at implementing and driving adoption of marketing automation technology, change management and best practice.
With more than 15 years' experience up to executive level working for New Zealand's largest media companies, he has a deep an extensive understanding of planning and executing media plans across both traditional and digital media.

Chris Dibble oversees three key business units at Colliers New Zealand - Colliers Partnerships, Research and Communications.
Colliers Partnership priorities focus on support initiatives that drive collaboration, best practice learning, cost efficiencies, and growth opportunities across the wider Colliers franchise network.
As the head of research for Colliers, Chris oversees the collaboration and delivery of award-winning research reports. He is a regular presenter and market commentator, often discussing the latest insights on current and future property trends.
Chris also leads PR and communications for Colliers. He works with in-house and external writers to curate an audience-focused content delivery strategy.
With over 15 years of experience and university qualifications in economics, geography, marketing and property, Chris provides a multi-disciplinary approach that assists a broad range of clients and internal stakeholders.

Extensive administration, office and events management experience, alongside product, and sales & marketing management. Brings her Client Service and Event Management expertise to both our external and internal clients.
Helena’s key areas of expertise are in the marketing and sales of large scale, residential and mixed use property development projects.
Helena joined the Colliers International project marketing team in 2015 with a core understanding of property, and a wealth of key project marketing experience gained predominantly in Sydney, Australia. Prior to joining Colliers International, Helena worked as a member of the in-house sales and marketing team for Frasers Property Australia.
Frasers Property specialises in medium to large scale, high-end, residential and mixed use property development projects. The most notable of which was the AUD$2BN master-planned community, Central Park Sydney, encompassing an entire city block in downtown Sydney. This involved multiple residential stages, a 5 level retail centre and commercial campus.
Before entering the property development industry, Helena obtained a Bachelor of Property at Auckland University. This lent a great base knowledge of all things property related for her experiences abroad in Sydney, London and Hamburg.
Having returned to live in New Zealand, Helena is utilising her knowledge and skills from the international arena to provide specialised project marketing expertise to residential projects in New Zealand with Colliers International.

Min is a bilingual Digital Marketing manager with a well-organized and analytical approach to developing processes and improving results. She is experienced in both B2B and B2C businesses and proficient in products such as CRMs, Google/Adobe Analytics, HubSpot, GTM, Google Ads, Social Media, different CMS platforms as well as the interrelationship of these platforms.
Min joined Colliers in early 2019 as a team lead for digital and data and is responsible for leading the team to launch, maintain and optimize platforms/processes/digital packages in the following areas:

Min was awarded 'Impact Player of the Year' in 2020 and promoted to the Digital marketing manager role in early 2021.
Joanne's key expertise lies in marketing and residential project marketing. She has been involved in the marketing execution of residential development projects such as Alexandra Park, Miro, FABRIC of Onehunga, SKHY 2, OKLA, Salt, Kōtuitui, Kenderdine Square and has gained valuable experience from boutique to larger-scale projects.
Joanne completed a conjoint degree in Bachelor of Property and Commerce majoring in marketing providing a sound foundation prior to entering the property industry. Since 2008, Joanne has been part of Colliers starting as a database administrator before moving into an EA role for the Investment Sales team. She spent 2.5 years at Colliers Melbourne supporting the Englobo Land Estates, Site Sales and Investment teams in the Residential service line before returning to Colliers Auckland in 2016.
Marketing Lead | Commercial
Lisa is a commercially aware marketing professional with exceptional planning and organisational skills; a self-starter with the ability to make sound business decisions and maximise return on investment. She has extensive marketing skills and experience, especially in email marketing.
At the beginning of her career, she spent 5 years coordinating then managing an e-commerce website, with buying trips to Australia and China.
She has spent two years in London working in the professional membership industry, including the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and the Royal Institute of British Architects.
She has 10 years of email marketing experience, creating and sending 470 email campaigns in 2018 alone. She is passionate about database and email marketing best practice and enjoys improving EDM response for both internal and external clients. She also has wide-ranging experience marketing across the digital space including PPC campaigns, social media, website CMS and display advertising. She particularly enjoys analysing data, testing new ideas and shaking up the status quo.
Since starting at Colliers in 2019, she has managed and executed marketing for multiple residential projects and managed in-house publications for Investment Sales and Office Leasing. She provided support for several programs and platforms including Hubspot and Brandcast, and created a standalone Colliers Marketing website to allow easy access to tools and guides for EAs and brokers around the country.
Lisa now leads the recently created commercial marketing team, providing specialised support to multiple service lines across the business.
PR & Communications Advisor
Hannah is a communications and content specialist in our corporate communications team. Hannah works alongside Colliers' in-house writing team to curate an audience-focused content strategy. She also delivers internal communications to the business on a regular basis.
Prior to joining Colliers in 2017, Hannah was based in London where she worked for a national UK Charity, managing the communications of a new volunteering project.

Neha is a committed and versatile marketing & communications professional with more than 10 years of experience in international B2B projects covering North America, Canada, Europe, the Middle East, India, China, Australia and New Zealand.
Her expertise is in internal and external marketing communication includes B2B & B2C marketing strategies, managing various digital marketing platforms with a digital-first approach, taking care of the data hygiene for digital campaigns, keyword research, analysis & writing for SEO, budget allocation, promotion through marketing automation tools, social media, content writing, corporate branding, vendor management, literature management, events & tradeshows.
Marketing Coordinator | Digital & Data Marketing
Hansi is the Marketing Coordinator in the Digital & Data Marketing team. She assists with optimising the Colliers website, creating property landing pages and creating digital ad campaigns on Facebook, LinkedIn and Google. Her area of expertise lies in HubSpot, Sitecore, CRM and ReNet which are our key digital marketing tools.
Hansi joined Colliers as a Marketing Data Administrator in August 2019 and since then she has been instrumental regarding entering, updating, and maintaining data accurately in various business platforms.
Mica joined Colliers New Zealand’s Marketing team in August of 2019. She coordinates the use of business marketing automation tools and is the primary point of contact with partner office and service line staff that perform marketing tasks for their team.

Sam is the Marketing Executive in the Digital & Data Marketing team. He manages and optimises the digital ad campaigns across Google, Facebook and LInkedIn and assists with optimising the Colliers website for search enignes (SEO). His area of expertise lies in Google, Facebook LinkedIn, SEO and Sitecore.
Sam joined Colliers in July 2021 after spending 3 years as a Marketing Co-ordinator in the property industry.

Rose is the marketing coordinator in the newly established commercial marketing team, providing support across the multi-service lines within the company.
Prior to Colliers, she gained experience in marketing through interning and providing marketing support for New Zealand owned businesses.
