Lucy joined the Colliers International Corporate Solutions team as a Property Manager in July 2016. During her time with the Corporate Solutions team she was involved with a range of tenants including Air New Zealand, Tower Insurance, BNZ and Toll Group. Across these tenants Lucy has been involved in a variety of leasing transactions, including new leases, renewals and rent reviews. Lucy has also had experience working as a workplace and facilities manager, managing desk relocations and other larger office projects.
Lucy was awarded Corporate Solutions 'Most Valuable Player' for 2018 for her contribution to the team. This is the most prestigious award available within the team.
At the start of 2020 Lucy joined the Auckland Office Leasing team and is focusing her time on Flex Office space within Auckland.
Kendall focuses on office leasing within Auckland CBD and the wider central Auckland area, specialising in medium sized occupiers.
Since joining Colliers in 2010 he has assisted local, national and multi-national occupiers with their office requirements including Meridian Energy, Southern Cross, JLT, Vodafone and Greymouth Petroleum.
Kendall’s success comes from his modern and efficient approach to his work, as he continues to develop innovative ideas within the commercial leasing market.
Kendall graduated from Lincoln University in 2009 with a B.Com (VPM).
After graduating with a Bachelor of Property from The University of Auckland, Jake joined the Colliers International office leasing team with a focus on small and medium scale office tenant relocations in the Auckland city fringe and southern corridor markets. With exceptional attention to detail, professionalism and service delivery Jake has seen an exponential rise in his market presence.
Prior to joining Colliers, Jake managed an Auckland wide office leasing database, developing crucial analytical knowledge. In this time, he provided rigorous maintenance of multiple daily listings, implemented creative marketing tactics and regularly dealt with key clients, demonstrating his strengths of direct communication and transparency.
