I am the National Director for industrial across all of New Zealand based in our South Auckland industrial office.
I specialise in the mid to upper end of the industrial sale and leasing markets. Since joining Colliers in 2004 I have established strong relationships within the industrial market and have worked exclusively for a number of national and multi-national clients.
National Director | Capital Markets
In 1993 Peter returned to New Zealand from the United Kingdom with several years’ experience in property management and development. During this time, he worked for Vanson Developments (Richard Branson´s property development company) for two years, and in investment and management for Fuller Peiser (Rolls Royce and Vickers Pension Funds). Upon his return to New Zealand, Peter joined Colliers International (NZ) Limited, where he has been ever since.
Peter now leads the Colliers International Capital Markets division, based in the Auckland CBD. The team is proud to have established a new approach to collaborative working within their division, a first the New Zealand marketplace.

The team has adapted a charter unique in the market, with over 100 years of combined experience. Director of Industrial
Sam is the leading industrial broker in the South Island and is the Director of the Industrial Sales & Leasing division for the Colliers Christchurch office. He has negotiated the majority of the South Islands largest industrial transactions during the past 11 years and in the past 4 years alone has delivered in excess of $480 million in sales.
Sam works closely with his colleagues across the AU/NZ Colliers network which ensures the Christchurch commercial market and his clients are as widely connected as possible. Sam works with corporate and private clients who benefit from his in-depth knowledge of the industrial sector, his proactive approach and strong business networks.
Simon is the managing director of the Colliers Tauranga office. With over 28 years in the industry, he is the most experienced and successful commercial broker in the region. He specialises in the sale of commercial and industrial investments as well as the lease of industrial properties. Throughout his long career, Simon has negotiated the majority of the largest transactions in his chosen market and has delivered in excess of $1 billion in sales.
Simon works closely with other Colliers branches around New Zealand and in Australia to ensure that local investment listings have the best possible exposure nationally and internationally. He also has an extensive local network including close relationships with private, corporate, Iwi and syndicator investors who come to him for his vast market knowledge and to ensure they will find the best investment opportunities.
Hamilton (Agency & Property Management)
Prior to his move to Colliers International, Alan spent 10 years as a broker with Knight Frank and DTZ, culminating in his position as Commercial Manager at DTZ Hamilton. Alan has been involved in retail acquisition and leasing for Briscoes Group, Supercheap Autos, Foodstuffs, No. 1 Shoes, McDonalds, Fonterra, Big Save Furniture, Bunnings and Mitre 10. Much of Alan’s focus has been around both strategic properties and clients. This has encompassed long term development projects, sourcing the land and obtaining anchor tenant commitments. Alan has also worked closely with a number of institutions and high wealth individuals to effectively and confidentially place or acquire significant property assets.

Tim commenced work as a valuer upon graduating in 1983. He worked in a range of management roles with Prudential from 1986 finishing as Associate Director-Property in 1995. Development and Consultancy 1995/1996 and Agency from 1996.
Auckland Director - Investment Sales
Gareth leads Colliers International's Investment Sales team. The team operates across the entire Auckland market from four strategic locations; CBD (including city fringe), South Auckland (based in Highbrook), West Auckland (based in North West Shopping Centre) and North Shore (based in Takapuna).
This is a large team of brokers and support staff focussed on providing solutions to owners, investors, developers, owner-occupiers and tenants. It features a specialised site sales team focussed on residential land and development opportunites. Investment Sales also includes the syndication division, offerring proportionate ownership opportunities to investors on behalf of clients.
Gareth is also on the Executive Team for Colliers in New Zealand.
Kane has over 25 years of experience in the New Zealand, Australian and UK real estate sector.
Kane’s experience is truly global having provided valuation and advisory services throughout the Pacific along with various pan-European and pan-Asian portfolio valuation assignments. In the UK he was directly involved in some of the largest development and land transactions including support for a corporate acquisition by US logistics giant Prologis and the provision of feasibility studies for the development of London’s Stratford regeneration, which included Westfield Stratford and the surrounds. Kane specialised in retail valuations while in Sydney and valued some of Australia’s largest Shopping Centres. Since returning to New Zealand in 2012, he has focused on Auckland’s CBD Office market along with mixed use and residential development valuations.
Kane is a past member of the Auckland Branch committee of the NZIV and was the Deputy Chairman for the New South Wales RICS board between 2009 and 2011. He is a RICS Assessor and has been part of the Oceania Valuation Standards Board along with being Chairman of RICS New Zealand between 2014 and 2020. In 2011 Kane was invited to become a Fellow of the RICS for his contributions to the Institution and the property profession. He is currently a member of the PCNZ National Advisory Group.
Director | Site Sales
Tenacious, personable and driven, Josh Coburn draws on 16 years' experience in New Zealand's property sector in his role as Director of Site Sales at Colliers International. His key focus and passion are delivering quality development opportunities to the market and acting as a partner in the development process to see projects come to fruition.
Futhermore, Josh is the General Manager of Collier's West Auckland Business, overseeing 5 brokers in a rapidly emerging Metropolitan market.
Josh re-joined Colliers International in 2015 after four years working as the Development Manager for Haydn & Rollett Construction - a role in which he focused on development of commercial and industrial properties joint ventures, and commercial-scale residential opportunities.
With an extensive background in many real estate markets spanning London, Hong Kong, Brisbane, Perth and Auckland, I bring a wealth of experience to Colliers International in client management and delivering 5 star customer service.
Charlie specializes in both the sale of commercial, retail and industrial property as well as Syndication sell downs on behalf of clients. He is one of the leading sales brokers promoting the Auction Business.

Alan has overall responsibility for Strategic Advisory for Colliers International in New Zealand.
He advises a wide range of public and private sector organizations. Clients include Auckland Council,, Massey University, Kiwi Property, Ngai Tahu Property, Ngati Whatua Orakei, Ngati Whatua o Kaipara, NZ Super, and various departments of the New Zealand government including Police, MBIE, Ministry of Justice, and Kainga Ora.

Chris Dibble oversees three key business units at Colliers New Zealand - Colliers Partnerships, Research and Communications.
Colliers Partnership priorities focus on support initiatives that drive collaboration, best practice learning, cost efficiencies, and growth opportunities across the wider Colliers franchise network.
As the head of research for Colliers, Chris oversees the collaboration and delivery of award-winning research reports. He is a regular presenter and market commentator, often discussing the latest insights on current and future property trends.
Chris also leads PR and communications for Colliers. He works with in-house and external writers to curate an audience-focused content delivery strategy.
With over 15 years of experience and university qualifications in economics, geography, marketing and property, Chris provides a multi-disciplinary approach that assists a broad range of clients and internal stakeholders.
