As the Director of Project Leaders for Colliers International in New Zealand, Kerry leads strategic end-to-end property solutions for clients to provide exceptional service and results.
Kerry is an experienced development professional with proven success in development management, client-side project management, land and infrastructure development as well as planning and negotiation. Kerry has over 15 years of experience that includes the delivery of major and complex projects through the bid, feasibility and inception stage, through to design and construction and finally, asset handover to the end client.
He has completed projects across multiple sectors including commercial building refurbishments, office, residential apartments (including BTR), food and beverage, retail, early learning centres, industrial and civil & infrastructure projects.
Kerry takes a personal and dedicated approach to ensure the needs of all clients are fully understood and delivered to a high standard.
Liam began his career as a building surveyor before transitioning into Project Management where he uses his building construction knowledge to enhance project delivery. Liam understands the requirements of commercial property owners and uses this knowledge to accomplish the client’s objectives and exceed expectations.
Liam is a proactive and effective team member who enjoys working across a variety of projects and property types. He builds lasting relationships with project stakeholders through strong communication and attention to detail to help ensure the project’s success.
Liam is an invaluable addition to any project team with especially strong skills in: tailoring scope of works briefs, analysing tender submissions, preparation of contracts, and defect and site inspections.
Dannielle is the National Systems and Operations Manager for the Valuation & Advisory Services team. She first joined Colliers in 2015 based in London where she worked as Personal Assistant to the Head of Valuation & Advisory Services before joining the New Zealand team in 2017. Her role has an operational focus and she is responsible for maintaining the business line’s administrative systems within the Auckland, Hamilton and Christchurch offices, as well as providing managerial support to the National Director. Other key aspects of Dannielle’s role include marketing, client events and ensuring brand compliance within the Valuation & Advisory Services team.
