Colliers has extensive involvement within the retail market, encompassing large scale shopping centres and bulk retail centre properties positioned within major and provincial centres throughout New Zealand. We have undertaken valuations for all major shopping centre owners and have an extensive valuation record of Bulk Retail assets. In addition to large assets we also complete assignments on individual shops and strip retail through major metropolitan areas and CBDs across New Zealand.

Our dedicated national retail valuation team has 45 years of combined experience and is focused on the provision of retail valuation and consulting services throughout New Zealand. We are the largest specialist rural valuation practice in New Zealand with a Chartered Accountant, a Registered Forestry Consultant and an Analyst on the team. With strong methodology, feasibility and financial modelling expertise we provide not only land valuations, but also specialised assets, infrastructure and compensation work, tree crop valuations, enterprise valuations including vertically integrated operations, feasibility studies, retrospective valuations, Treaty of Waitangi assignments and litigation support among others.
