The positive outlook for commodity prices and currently low interest rates support a good level of inquiry for sheep and beef properties that local real estate agents are receiving.
For large scale high country properties, the Overseas Investment Office decisions could now start to affect the liquidity as overseas buyers have been historically active in this segment of the market.
