Nicci Hollis is taking up a new role as Property Adviser in Colliers International’s Auckland based REM team.
The role will see Nicci immediately transition eight new properties, as well as retain some as a core property management portfolio. The balance of the role will be transitioning new contracts, assisting with new business opportunities and managing specialist portfolios and properties.
Nicci recently returned from four years in the United Kingdom where she worked for CLS Holdings, a £1.2b commercial property investment company. Nicci was heavily involved in CLS’s acquisition of £100m worth of commercial property over the last 12 months. Prior to this she worked for Darroch in NZ on the BNZ account.
Gareth Fraser, Colliers International’s national director, REM, says the appointment reflects the division’s rapid growth, and he expects this to continue.
“In the next 12 months we need to ensure a high level of service for our significantly increased workload across the business – hence the demand for talented people like Nicci.
“We are already the largest international commercial property services firm in New Zealand, with 13 different service lines, and we are looking forward to further, sustainable growth across all divisions,” says Fraser.
Nicci is a Property and Arts graduate from Auckland University, with more than five years property management experience. Her role with Colliers International commenced in November.
