Colliers International teams up with Sitecore and One Click for a better online experience.
||Colliers International has gone live with a new Australian and New Zealand website built by globally acclaimed, Sitecore, and web partner company, One Click, providing visitors with a personalised, multi-channel web customer experience.
The new websites use the Sitecore platform and have been SEO optimised from the ground up making them consistent with the Colliers International United States and Canadian websites which One Click also develop and maintain.
Jeremy Graham, national marketing manager, Colliers New Zealand, says digital marketing is a key component of our strategy moving forward and it is imperative we have the best tools and technology at our disposal.
“By implementing a consistent platform across our operations and by deploying a more sophisticated content management system (CMS), we can now offer our clients a more intuitive experience and flexible accessibility across both mobile and desktop platforms. Intuitive navigation makes it easier for visitors to find out what they need.
“We now also have the flexibility to fully manage the site in-house which will speed up content amendment in real time.
The site enables us to measure website statistics and the impact of specific content on any landing page in terms of eyeball metrics. We can then make informed decisions based on the data and implement any change in content rapidly and seamlessly for the overall end user experience.”
The new sites also boast enhanced search capabilities with a ‘predictive search’ and a ‘drag map’ allowing site visitors in New Zealand and Australia to click on a listing and instantly view its location.
“The Colliers websites puts the customer at the heart of every interaction. Visitors can now view more than 6000 active listed commercial properties across New Zealand and Australia as well as news articles and research data. Our content has also been enriched through the use of video which enables Colliers to demonstrate key property features,” says Graham.
New Zealand website company, One Click was tasked with the Colliers New Zealand & Australia website overhaul based on its award-winning success with the redesign of the Colliers Canadian and US and websites.

Relevant information on the site will be able to be quickly and dynamically collated and sent to customers via email keeping them informed.”
