The first sections of a stunning new lifestyle subdivision in the picturesque Otago village of Arrowtown are for sale through Colliers International.

Clear says although the reserve spaces are to be privately owned and managed, public access will be established through parts of the site.

A 1.5m wide track will connect foot and cycle paths on McDonnell Rd with Advance Terrace and Centennial Ave above the escarpment.

A 2m wide path will meander beside the waterway, which will allow the public to appreciate the ecologically enhanced stream environment.

James says only a 5 per cent deposit is needed to secure a section within the subdivision, with titles expected to be issued next spring.
