Two live/work properties in established Auckland locations are for sale with vacant possession, offering flexible options for owner-occupiers and investors.

Colliers International is marketing the bite-sized offerings in New Windsor and Albany for sale by auction on Wednesday 12 December, unless they are sold earlier.

The 102sq m property at 261A New Windsor Road comprises a neighbourhood retail unit with a two-bedroom flat. It will be auctioned at Colliers’ Auckland CBD office at 11am.

The 186.2sq m property at 6B Dallan Place, Albany, comprises a high stud warehouse, showroom and studio apartment. It will be auctioned at Colliers’ North Shore office at 2pm.

Investment Sales Broker Ned Gow is marketing the New Windsor property with colleagues Gawan Bakshi and Jeremy Barnett.

He says it is ideal for small business owners wanting to live and work from their premises.
