Two commercial lots are available for the first time within the newly developed and highly anticipated Kumeu Central subdivision.
Colliers International brokers Caroline Cornish and Craig Smith have been exclusively appointed to market Lot 1 and Lots 24/25 at Kumeu Central for sale by deadline private treaty.
Offers close at 4pm on Wednesday 7 November, unless the sites are sold earlier.
Colliers is also seeking expressions of interest from retail and office tenants looking to establish a presence within this high-quality development.
Located on Main Road, only 20 minutes from Auckland’s CBD, Kumeu Central is a 10ha mixed-use subdivision that will offer a range of commercial, retail, live/work and residential opportunities.
Access to the subdivision is directly off Main Road with the exit being via a controlled intersection adjacent to Kumeu’s New World.
The first architecturally designed residential stage is scheduled for construction from mid-2019.
