Colliers International has been exclusively appointed to market 455 Taupaki Road, Kumeu, for sale by deadline private treaty closing at 4pm on Thursday 26 July, unless sold prior.

The 3.71ha freehold property has resource and subdivision consents in place for a 114-resident aged care facility and a 100-child daycare facility.

Purchasers have the option to either buy and develop the integrated project, or acquire the aged care and childcare components separately.
