Tenders close at 4pm on Thursday 9 May, unless the property is sold earlier.

The property is located 4km west of State Highway 2, close to Norsewood, near the border between the Hawke’s Bay and Tararua regions. It is 20km to Dannevirke and 40km from Waipukurau.

Waterman says Pukerimu is well situated within the highly regarded “summer safe” Norsewood farming area.

“Pukerimu benefits from good water supply, a moderate climate, and reliable average rainfall of approximately 1,950mm per annum.
