We are the largest specialist rural valuation practice in New Zealand, employing 13 valuers with over 280 years combined property and valuation experience across all industries of the primary sector. 

With a unique combination of valuation, advisory and accountancy knowledge within the team, we a cross-disciplinary approach to help our clients solve challenges they face in the ever-transforming agriculture sector.
We place a special emphasis on a single point of contact to ensure a highly personalised service, delivering large-scale and technically demanding projects in a timely manner by ensuring open lines of communication with clients.

 Property Management

Our People:

Our team currently employs ten registered valuers, together with a further three valuers working toward their registration.

We also employ an analyst and system manager and research analyst to support the team and maintain and develop our technical and market intelligence capability. The team is well supported by two administrators and marketing advisor to ensure all projects are delivered on time and on budget.

Our senior valuers have collectively served the profession as National President, Chairman of the Valuation and Property Standards Board, New Zealand representative on the International Valuation Standards Committee and Chairman of the International Valuation Standards Board and to the Valuers Registration Board.
