Colliers International Rural and Agribusiness office in Hawke’s Bay was established in February 2015 and works closely alongside Colliers’ Hawke’s Bay commercial team. Since its inception, the business has had fantastic market traction, dominating the Hawke’s Bay market and completing more than $50 million in rural and lifestyle transactions across the sheep and beef sectors, as well as dairy, horticultural and cropping.
The team is led by director Hadley Brown , who has extensive experience in the agricultural sector working in different roles before becoming real estate agent. He has been involved in rural property transactions totalling well above $150 million and has a well-developed client base covering the globe.
Also part of the team are Mike Heard and Louise Wake - both very established, market-leading rural agents in the region.
Our team works with rural land and business owners throughout the country, matching investment opportunities with leading domestic and global investors. We provide comprehensive advice to rural and agribusiness owners and buyers and cover the entire spectrum of New Zealand agribusiness.
You can find our rural team’s contact details on the right hand sidebar at the top of this page.
