I have achieved one of the lowest yields for an industrial investment over $10m at 4.5% being 12 Ha Crescent, and the largest ever sale leaseback in the New Zealand industrial market being the Roma Road Foodstuffs DC for $93m. I also facilitated one of 2015’s largest design builds for CCAMATIL at Auckland Airport.
