Gareth leads Colliers International's Investment Sales team. The team operates across the entire Auckland market from four strategic locations; CBD (including city fringe), South Auckland (based in Highbrook), West Auckland (based in North West Shopping Centre) and North Shore (based in Takapuna).
This is a large team of brokers and support staff focussed on providing solutions to owners, investors, developers, owner-occupiers and tenants. It features a specialised site sales team focussed on residenital land and development opportunites. Investment Sales also includes the syndication division, offerring proportionate ownership opportunities to investors on behalf of clients.
In his sales role, Gareth has transacted numerous large and high profile sites, as outlined below. He specialises in structured transactions given his background in property finance and banking.

Gareth formerly ran the Real Estate Management business nationally for Colliers, a division which employed 95 property professionals and managed 290 properties.
Facilities management - clients have included BNZ, Westpac, IRD and LINZ.
Property management - personally managed 41 Shortland St, the Deloitte Centre at 80 Queen St and the AXA Property Portfolio.
Portfolio Management (tenant side) for AAMI, ORIX and Tyco in Australia. Significant experience in coordinating leasing and sales transactions, divestment and consolidation strategies.
Finance - significant experience in property investment and development finance for large private investors up to $50m in debt funding.
Management - Gareth ran a business unit within BNZ Partners with annual revenue of $22m consisting of business lenders, specialists and property lenders.
