Josh re-joined Colliers International in 2015 after four years working as the Development Manager for Haydn & Rollett Construction - a role in which he focused on development of commercial and industrial properties joint ventures, and commercial-scale residential opportunities.
Prior to working for Haydn & Rollett Constuction, Josh was one of Colliers' top performing brokers, transacting over $400 million in property. During this time he specialised in design-built industrial developments, working closely with reputable developers. He returned to Colliers - where his commerical property career was first established in 2003 - with vision to establish a business line focused on delivering considered residential developments along with the necessary research support to justify them.
In 2017, Josh was promoted to General Manager of West Auckland, relocating his Site Sales team and growing the team to 9. In 12 short months, they have become the prominent marketers of substantial West Auckland assets.
