A graduate from the University of Auckland, Simon Felton is a key member in the Investment Sales team at Colliers International.
In 2016 Simon was the lead agent for the sale of a substantial CBD office tower, running an off-market divestment process for 131 Queen Street. Ultimately achieving a sale price of $52.3 million, the transaction became one of the single largest CBD sales of the year.
In 2017 Simon was recognised as the Commercial and Industrial Rising Star of the Year by the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand. This award is New Zealand wide and across all agencies. During the year Simon was involved in a number of transactions including the sale of the Saatchi and Saatchi building in Parnell for $57.25 million.
Having transacted well over $100 million of property, Simon specialises in structured and complex transactions and enjoys the challenge of working in situations where lateral thinking is necessary to achieve a premium result.
